Ukraine - Were the liars telling you the truth?
12 months of tests. You can guess the conclusion.
12 months ago, VST published this article, in which we presented evidence and interpretation about the impending Ukrainian conflict and the Western narrative, based on key context ranging back over the last 30-odd years.
Two weeks after that article was published, the Russian invasion began. One year later, how did VST’s article stand up?
The Neocon Project for the New American Century
Neocons have been in power in the USA since the Regan era, rising to overt strength in the GWB era and beyond. Obama and Biden are both overt neocons, using the same language and implementing the same strategy originally detailed in Rebuilding America’s Defenses:
Over the decade of the post-Cold-War period, however, almost everything has changed. The Cold War world was a bipolar world; the 21st century world is – for the moment, at least – decidedly unipolar, with America as the world’s “sole superpower.” America’s strategic goal used to be containment of the Soviet Union; today the task is to preserve an international security environment conducive to American interests and ideals. The military’s job during the Cold War was to deter Soviet expansionism. Today its task is to secure and expand the “zones of democratic peace;” to deter the rise of a new greatpower competitor; defend key regions of Europe, East Asia and the Middle East; and to preserve American pre-eminence through the coming transformation of war made possible by new technologies.
Consider these strategic objectives since 2000:
Preserve an international security environment conducive to American interests and ideals
the fact that the world has moved from a Cold War bipolar structure, through a unipolar dominance into a burgeoning multipolar world is proof that the USA has failed to preserve its unipolar interests and ideals on a nation state basis.
Deter the rise of a new greatpower competitor
The USA now openly recognises Russia and China as direct competitive threats, which is an admission of failure.
Defend key regions of Europe, East Asia and the Middle East
Up to the Ukrainian war, the USA has failed to win practically all wars it fought in Asia and the Middle East and has totally destabilised the Middle East, creating a major increase in anti-US sentiment, large and small. The US perversely co-opts the terrorist groups it creates to wage increasing proxy war in the region and beyond. While the military bases it has established have enabled US global force projection (hard power) that enables combined soft power (dollar, trade, IMF and World Bank loans etc), all of this has failed to prevent the rise of China and the reconstitution of Russia after the Cold War. The USA has been key in empowering both through its wilful choices.
Since the Ukrainian war began, the USA has purposefully harmed the entire EU bloc and the UK via overt and covert means. Triggering a war via its direct and deliberate actions in Ukraine has politically and economically brutalised Europe while militarily degrading it to the point that NATO is provably, inadequately armed for the threat that the USA said the war was necessary to fend off (the advance of Russia across the whole of Europe).
Preserve American pre-eminence through the coming transformation of war
In the face of testing, US pre-eminence is notably reducing, but it is far from done. The USA has been the driving force in transforming war by virtue of being the only nation constantly prosecuting invasive war in various guises. It has driven weapons and tactics shifts across multiple theatres, with the most stark being drone technology, information/cognitive warfare and the overt use of brutal and polarising torture tactics against anyone it labelled an enemy combatant.
The above speaks to massive incompetence and abject failure, yet many citizens living now would argue that the USA is still the superpower it always was and has the capability to remain so. VST argues, as it has done, that the timeframe and rate of change is what is key here. In big picture terms, the US Empire is overextended, out of touch and mismanaged. It suffers from massive internal corruption and incompetence, examples of which appear with increasing frequency. Internally, the USA’s political and media systems are bonded together into a compartmentalised system that keeps public awareness, oversight and accountability away from the lawmakers and those with access to the money supply.
If the purpose of the USA is to continually enrich a tiny number of people off the back of literally everyone else inside and outside the USA, then what could look like strategic failures take on a different appearance. Even if the USA is on the downcurve of its empire, the minority are enriching themselves at an increasing rate. This is strategic success for those people.
Covid-19 and the Ukrainian war are exemplar events that the minority have instigated, managed and capitalised upon and are the most egregious demonstrations of Neocon and supranational corporatocratic power in the history of mankind.
The US hegemon has simply transitioned into a fascistic corporatocracy that sits behind an thinning veil of nation states. This is openly on display in the attendees list of the WEF, Bilderberg, membership lists of the Trilateral Commission and so on. Fascism is the blending of state and corporate power. The dichotomy between the control of the mass population through the state architecture and the service of the corporatocracy through that same state architecture, is the reason why citizens’ interests are neglected in increasingly insane looking ways. Corporate short-termism, maximal profit generation and unfettered wealth extraction are the major reasons why nations are nose-diving across the West, all at the expense of the citizens who actually enable their own abuse through ignorance, disinterest, and fecklessness.
Military Budgets
While US declared military expenditure exceeds the next 11 nations, 8 of those nations are either allies or vassal states of the US, bound in military, economic and intelligence operations. Combine those 8 vassal budgets with their master’s against Russia and China and you pit $1.1tn against $320bn per year while nuclear capable India stands on the sidelines.
As it stands, the thinking was right but the numbers need greater specificity. Figures from here for 2021 budgets. These are most of the nations overtly confirmed to be involved in the conflict, but some European nations are absent and others who have pledged weapons or support e.g. South American nations canvassed for Soviet weapons, are not included. Russia’s overt partners only include Iran and Belarus. China is not involved with the conflict in any way that has been admitted or alleged. Belarus’ military budget is reportedly only $623,000. We’re have generously added a “misc 5bn” to Russia’s total.
USA 750 + UK 55 + DE 50 + FR 42 + CA 28 + ES 15 + NE 12 + PO 12 + NO 7 + SW 6 + DE 5 + UA 5 = $1.00 tn (+ $125bn in direct Ukraine sponsorhip)
RU 48 + IR 20 + Misc 5 = $73bn
VST’s indicative budgetary comparison was over generous, with a 3:1 ratio in favour of the US hegemon. In reality, the ratio is far, far higher at 14:1 in favour of the US hegemon because China is not involved and Russia’s overt allies are few.
Let’s consider these numbers in practical context. Russia is fighting a full scale conventional war on the European continent as envisaged in the Cold war era i.e. combined arms manoeuvre warfare, with heavy armour and artillery. It is up against the US, UK and practically the entire EU bloc, plus other more distant sponsors, which number over 25 nations. Since 2014, these nations have allowed or actively sponsored the upscaling of Ukraine’s armed forces to near NATO standards, including the establishment of substantial defensive and offensive capabilities, before the supply of over $125bn in financial and military support since the war began.
While VST’s specifics were out by a significant ratio, the point made was accurate. What exactly have the military budgets of all the US hegemon nations bought? It would appear that they have bought next to nothing in real warfighting terms.
Nuclear weapons do not factor into any of these budgets as real warfighting capabilities because they are unusable. Also, Russia maintains its larger nuclear capability within a military budget that is 1/16 of the US. The UK achieves similar, for a much smaller arsenal.
What these numbers hide is that military capability is not a product of a single year’s budget, but the compound effect of long term expenditure. On this basis, the ratio radically skews in even greater favour of the US hegemon, making the present result even worse for it.
The Global Public Private Partnership (G3P)
There is zero question of the validity of the structural description of the G3P and the way it exercises power in co-ordinated and distributed ways across the globe. The WEF and the World Government Summit are barefaced presentations of plans that in no way benefit the majority of ordinary citizens but trace policy down into national governments. Sheep are given tickets to a gathering of wolves and sheep dogs, and still they stay in their fields and pens.
VST and many, many others have accurately laid out unified and disjointed views around Covid and wider political events of how the world works and how it will work. VST’s founding article, Covid: One label to rule them all, spelled out the fundamental perversion of language that enabled literal crimes from top down. 18 months later, all of those crimes are proving to be real: zero meaningful safety or efficacy testing; actual harm from Covid gene therapies; literal miscategorisation of these products; illegal eradication of informed consent. In Project Veritas Leaks - Military Documents About Gain of Function Contradict Fauci Testimony Under Oath, VST laid out integrated consequences of the information we knew at the time, including:
Mankind’s ability to conduct genetic engineering and release genetically engineered products is inadequately counterbalanced by any form of national or international control, regulation, oversight, laws or transparency. Not just in the viral sphere but in all spheres when one considers the barefaced corruption of government and regulatory structures by corporations and private money.
Mankind’s genetic engineering has been shown to kill humans either directly or indirectly.
The response to this manmade and genetically engineered pathogen has been a blend of the political and corporocratic working in tandem both wittingly and unwittingly, where few people have profited and benefitted disproportionately while most citizens have lost in many ways and continue to lose.
Based on study of the information, money and network connections combined with messaging co-ordination, it is unlikely that national or global “pandemic” management is the collective result of incompetence or coincidentally mismatched approaches. People in positions of power and influence clearly knew more than they claimed, and some have actively lied and exploited the situation to their direct benefit. This continues in this sphere and in others.
There is an increasing amount of evidence that shows that the situation comprises elements of both conspiracy and politcal opportunism (where that includes public-to-private wealth transfer and profiteering).
Most people, whether they admit it or not, are controlled by pure narrative that they mistake for any form of the truth. They even seek to verify narrative with more narrative thereby becoming locked in a loop of self-reinforcing propaganda that they will not break out of. Many simply do not recognise this at all and will not even look at source evidence, even if that is being produced by government sources e.g. UK HSA reports or similar.
The situation today is proof that what most people think is “democracy” simply does not exist. For democracy to exist, the electorate must be educated. To be educated:
under a state-mandated curriculum;
backed up by dominant manipulated narrative ouput;
without the will or ability to crosscheck or test that narrative;
13 months later, further information and evidence, multiply confirmed by officials, only reinforces VST’s historic, big picture position.
In If you can't trust liars about a war on a virus, how can you trust them about a war with Russia? VST compared statements from Robert Parry, Craig Murray, Medea Benjamin and Ben Norton against then current UK government statements about the Ukraine war. Then and even more so now, these four commentators have been proven to be prescient and correct in their analyses. In comparison, nothing that the UK government has ever publicly claimed about the Ukrainian war has been demonstrably true against any available evidence, including leaked information from the entire pro-Ukraine side.
VST highlighted analysis of prior Russian sanctions that concluded that none had ever worked, and predicted that the impending sanctions wouldn’t either. History went our way and literally the entire populace of the West, including that of the USA, has suffered directly as a result of those sanctions while Russia has coped, prospered and made military gains while being ratio’d above 14:1.
Divergence of reality and truth
The divergence of reality from truth is one of VST’s biggest themes. Reality is not an objective or stable concept. Reality is what someone perceives it to be. Fundamental to that are the inputs that shape that person’s take on reality. It is proven political doctrine across all nations to weave a version of reality of government’s making, which is itself an amalgam of the interests and actors feeding into and off the web of power and control that binds a nation. The US hegemon is provably exercising the tightest and most sophisticated form of propaganda and reality generation in the history of mankind. This is illustrated repeatedly by any event that pits the Western reality curve against a baseline of truth.
Truth is itself a subjective and unstable amalgam that can easily be hidden or spoofed. Complete truth is unattainable, but there are sufficient glimpses afforded to the masses. Those who know how to look can see it more often. The Ukraine war is now shown to be a complete reality inversion by the West that has practically no bearing on truth. Western official reality is totally divergent from truth.
The ramifications of the Sy Hersh article cannot be understated. If true:
The sitting US President has committed the most impeachable act of any US President ever;
The US President has committed criminal acts of war against multiple countries;
Anyone who aided or abetted the US President in these acts, or knowingly gained from them is morally and/or technically culpable;
The US hegemon believes it can do anything to anyone for any reason that possibly only 5 people in the upper echelons of power believe to be adequate reason.
There is zero effective check on certain kinds of executive power within the US government, provided that those heading the organs of state favour those wielding executive power.
Is Ukraine another strategic failure for the US hegemon?
This question depends upon one’s perspective, time horizon, competence level and accountability.
The US has achieved a short-term strategic objective that fits within the PNAC strategy: it has suppressed and retained control over the entire UK EU bloc by destroying its relationship with Russia, and politically and physically severing its access to Russian energy. The US has shown itself to be a predator who has fed off its own children, thereby retarding the EU’s ability to continue to compete on any basis with the US or break away from it.
But it has also put the entire UK EU bloc into a corner where it either admits what it is - in Scott Ritter’s words, “cuckolded” - or it stays silent. This is an explosive double bind whose fuse is now burning. For now, the EU is even more subservient and dependent upon the USA and its LNG supplies, so the USA takes more than the lion’s share of EU revenue via gas sales. It sucks the blood of its allies and keeps the entire bloc enslaved politically and economically.
The Western media deliberately suppresses and smears the Sy Hersh article to prevent backlash and accountability on a populist basis. All of us who know “truth” have another chance to identify the true enemies of our nations people. Politicians need to be measured against these criteria:
voting and vocal record on Covid and gene therapies;
voting and vocal record on Ukraine conflict;
voting and vocal record on Nord Stream attacks.
It’s this simple
Anyone who backed the Covid narrative and the gene therapies is either incompetent and incapable of holding office, or they are shills. The evidence to know what the risk benefit of the entire situation was - from the beginning - was publicly available and lay accessible/understandable. There is literally no excuse.
Anyone who backed the Ukraine war narrative should be judged in the same way. The conflict was literally avoidable over more than 8 years, and could even have been halted between February and April 2022. It was Britain acting as the US’s slave who stopped a negotiated settlement, making us complicit in the destruction of Europe. Anyone who has endorsed the sending of arms and funds to Ukraine has utterly and knowingly wasted that money, for which there is zero traceability or accountability, to the point that this money has been literally washed through Ukraine into individual and corporate pockets while simultaneously arming groups and individuals with military grade weapons. Only the cowardly retreat from Afghanistan left an enemy with more western weapons.
Anyone who refuses to look at or refutes without investigation Sy Hersh’s claims has abandoned the interests of their nation and citizens. There is no sane or logical reason to not investigate Hersh’s claims if one stands for any degree of truth, law and accountability. The intermediate outcomes should be of no concern to any of us. Justice and truth are what we should demand and strive for. All else necessary will follow.
Political leadership is psychotic and sociopathic, to the point of self-destruction
VST dredged up Boris Johnson’s provable track record or lying and laid responsibility for his rise to power at the feet of the voting public. This is an awkward fact in a “democracy”. Boris Johnson’s lies and incompetence (towards his citizens’ interests) in office became so egregious that he self-destructed. That he was replaced by someone who couldn’t last longer than mosquito speaks badly of her competence but is a direct demonstration of the true strategic nature of the Conservatives, who have strategically handed control of the nation to Jeremy Hunt. This is a deliberate move to complete the fire sale of the UK and the NHS, in line with published government strategy. Covid-19 was used to radically further this by “breaking” the NHS in multiple ways while co-opting the idiocracy of the medical profession into destroying their own credibility, which serves to compound their ongoing silence and compliance with a narrative they know to be false and illegal. Their cowardly silence and compliance serves to further and accelerate their own demise. The only escape is to swallow blood and admit their errors, then turn on their masters. The interim will be extremely difficult but the only scraps of salvation available lie on the other side. The vast majority of the medical profession do not have the integrity, strength or honesty to do this. They will prey on patients and let their hospitals burn to the ground out of their own selfish fear.
In the US, similar agendas have played out but are subject to increasing overt legal challenges thanks the the US Constitution and legal system, which still seems to give some power to the people. Britain is an unaccountable neo-feudal, totalitarian state. That the sociopathic narcissist, Nichola Sturgeon, had to choose to resign on her terms tells us that the British population en masse is inept. It’s possible that only the self-destructive and illogical woke construct gone too far took Sturgeon out. If that’s the case, that’s an even greater indictment of the Scottish and wider British public, who tolerated literal totalitarian madness in power and in law to the point that a convicted male rapist could, with a single verbal sentence, gain access to an entire prison population of potential victims. Despite Sturgeon’s departure, the only measure of the people is what legislation is scrapped. If none is, the people are slaves of the madmen they choose to make their masters. This goes for all people in all nations. That is the spiral of self-imposed degeneracy and delusion that accelerates across the West.
The clock ticks on
A year on and the Doomsday Clock is now ten seconds closer to midnight.
On the table is the criminal prosecution of the US Administration, the unmasking of the US Hegemon as a family fathered by Fred and Rose West with Joseph Fritzl as uncle. The various children who have been exposed to massive violence and abuse now have a chance to escape into the daylight. Rescue and recovery will not come from mom, dad or uncle Joe, ever.
The population bloc of the UK and EU, which is one of the richest per capita (or was), now have the evidence and opportunity to rip the last bits of the mask from their abusive masters and clean house. So too the US populace. The divergence between their master’s proscribed version of insane reality and the provable, horrific truth, is plain to see for anyone who has not been permanently blinded by life in a pitch black dungeon.
Stockholm Syndrome, learned helplessness and the “good Nazi” mentality are all primary forces working within the minds of citizens to keep them compliant, pro-narrative and either useful or willing idiots. Those of us who are not must simply accept this fact and take the fight to our corrupt representatives.
There are enough of us out there to abandon the notion of directly converting anyone who isn’t already awake. We simply need to act together in our interests, on a co-ordinated basis.
The methods are not complex, and many are no cost and largely risk free.
Yes yes yes. Do not comply!
You are correct about many things stated here. However Putin and his increasingly murdered and jailed Russian cleptocracy billionaire pals are unquestionably worse in every respect. Moreover, Russia chose to invade Ukraine in violation of the norms of international behavior. Whatever has happened and happens after that is on Putin. No one made him violate international boundaries by force.
