I have always thought that Sweden's COVID exceptionalism was an op. It was a net benefit to the perpetrators to have an example showing that they didn't have the whole developed western world locked up. By contrast, a sub-Saharan African government, or that of Haiti, wouldn't serve that purpose for some reason, so the cabal just went in and murdered those leaders.

I was not scouring the media methodically, but the first mention I saw of a government official or the like saying that vaccine passports would be a good idea came out of Sweden.

I though of Sweden when, later on, New Zealand did something slightly different from some other country about COVID or the gene therapy shots, and Jacinda Ardern said "It's an example of governments making different choices." Protesting too much, as they say.
