If you revisit everything in this substack, all of it can be encapsulated in one thing, via one person.
This thing is totally accepted and ignored by practically the entire population.
This thing is the perfect, admitted and sufficiently understood bell weather of everything happening now and intended for the future.
These are the major themes of this substack:
Power
Control
Money
Narrative
Here are the sub themes of this substack:
Public awareness
Public involvement
Democratic systems
Human psychology and behavior at large scale, measurable by action and outcome
Relative perception
All of the above and this entire substack boils down to one thing as told, for the umpteenth time by the insider’s insider, William Binney.
It is a mistake to listen to Binney describe the thing and fail to engage conceptually. There are two massive levels to this thing: the literal and the conceptual, and they are totally inseparable, simple and obvious. Binney practically spells it out anyway. Still, there will be people who cannot look beyond the literal.
The literal is what the thing is and how it actually manifests (visibly and invisibly). The conceptual is the power and capability that it ultimately enables and gives rise to. Both of these things have been publicly known by humanity for over a decade, yet no one has checked it literally or conceptually. Both have been allowed to grow in plain sight, across the globe.
As Binney says, “when you give this kind of power to people, eventually they use it against you.” Everything, literally everything, that is happening in society traces back to this thing and this power.
There is zero control or oversight of this power.
Despite this, no one has the sense to talk about this power and then set Covid or anything else into this context.
No telegram channel, WhatsApp group, or any resistance group is talking about this, yet it is the fundamental underpin of every part of the bad things happening in every country.
This is the Eye of Sauron.
The willful ignorance of people to this thing tells me that humanity is beaten. Everything else you want to whinge about is a distant second to this thing.
If I know everything about you, what can I get you to do? If I have leverage over you, I can get you to do anything. I can also do anything to you. Especially if I already have some power.
The thing Binney tells us about, again and again, is the way that everything about everyone is known.
This thing is bulk surveillance.
Of everything and everyone.
That level of power is what makes it possible to do anything to anyone.
That is the underpin of everything. That is the Eye of Sauron.
This is how you implement digital Maoism. This is how you capture people and institutions and organisations: know about them. From there, you can select and apply the most effective forms of leverage, if money or ideology aren't enough.
When you can access all the information in the entire Information Knowledge iceberg, you are the ultimate power. You are the faceless Kingmaker who cannot be beaten or found, because you exert your power through others under your control and you know the faces and names of anyone acting against you or seeking to do so. You can even watch people acquire information before they act on it, thereby anticipating and quoshing threats. If you control law, which again Binney describes, you are ultimately immunized and you wield the ultimate power. If you control the narrative through your proxies, you control mass perception of how you use that power to the point that the 99% don't really have a clue.
Bulk surveillance of everyone and everything is the ultimate power that delivers ultimate control over others and over money. Narrative is whatever you want it to be, whenever you want it to be, that reinforces your power and control.
Thinking that totalitarianism is the threat on the near horizon that must be fought, as demonstrated by Covid and, say, WEF policy, is to be far behind the curve.
You're already living in totalitarianism and fascism, and have been since before bulk surveillance technology was turned from THINTHREAD to what Binney and Drake and Snowden and Assange told us about.
They told us, with undeniable proof that totalitarian fascism was here. What did we do? We marginalised, ignored, exiled and killed them.
That's how dumb and far behind the curve the human race is. Even when the absolute truth is rubbed into our faces, we close our eyes and hold our breath, and beg for the jailer to “do it to Julia!”
Orwell's 1984 was not a dystopic warning of what system might lie ahead. It was an allegory of what humanity already was and still is. Even faced with that truth, humanity has become more of what Orwell wrote about, not less. That is a sign of a dumb species. That is the moth that flies into the flame despite being told about the flame and being told that there's a much nicer fluorescent bulb on the ceiling.
Oceania, Eurasia, Eastasia…
Oceania was founded following an anti-capitalist revolution, which, while intended to be the ultimate liberation of its proletariat, soon ignored them. Ingsoc (English Socialism), uses a cult of personality to venerate the ruler, Big Brother, as the Inner Party exercises day-to-day power.
Food rationing, which does not affect Inner Party members, is in place.
A totalitarian and highly formalised state, Oceania also has no law, only crimes, says Lynskey. Nothing is illegal; social pressure is used to exert control, in place of law. It is hard for citizens to know when they are in breach of Party expectations; and they are in a state of permanent anxiety, unable to think too deeply on any subject whatsoever so as to avoid "thoughtcrime". For example, Winston begins to write a diary and does not know if this is a forbidden offence, but he is reasonably certain of it. In Oceania, to think is to do and no distinction is drawn between either. Criticism of the state is forbidden, even though criticism must be constant for the state's survival, since it must have critics to destroy so as to demonstrate the state's power. Governance of Oceania depends upon the necessity of suppressing freedom of thought or original thinking amongst the Outer Party (the proles are exempted from this as they are deemed incapable of having ideas).
Eastasia consists of "China and the countries south to it, the Japanese islands, and a large but fluctuating portion of Manchuria, Mongolia and Tibet." Eastasia was formed a decade after Eurasia and Oceania, in the 1960s, after "confused fighting" between its predecessor nations. Eurasia comprises "the whole of the northern part of the European and Asiatic landmass from Portugal to the Bering Strait." Eurasia was formed after the Soviet Union annexed continental Europe.
The ideology of Eurasia is Neo-Bolshevism, and that of Eastasia is called Obliteration of the Self, also known as Death-Worship. These states' populations also primarily consist of proles. Winston recognises similarities with the other superstates, at one point commenting that "it was curious to think that the sky was the same for everybody, In Eurasia or Eastasia as well as here. And the people under the sky were very much the same."
A multipolar balance of power hinging around China, Russia and the US, all of whom are inextricably linked, could arguably fit the 1984 concept. The TransEurasian network grows based on mixtures of what is publicly presented as International Law, eastern-based trade and the abandonment of the US “rules based order” which has no order other than the diktats of the US monetary and military systems.
Michael Hudson describes Russia and China as nations that are industrialising like the US did, wherein they provide basics via the state to enable productive growth. The West is predominantly financialised and its ruling classes extract the last vestiges of wealth from its people via privatisation, which is at the limits and hence drives a consolidating reset on the Masters’ dictated terms.
Eric Li claims that “in America, you can change parties but you cannot change policy. In China, you cannot change the party but you can change policies.” He also states that “China is a market economy but it is not a capitalist country. There is no way a group of billionaires can control the Politburo as billionaires control American policy-making. In China, capital does not rise above political authority. Capital does not have enshrined rights.”
What is apparent now is that the West must lie on multiple fronts to its own peoples, about itself and about Russia and China. The trouble is that these lies are so egregious and flimsy that they barely last a week or a month, and often they are instantly detectable. But still, its peoples tolerate and accept those lies. Why? The entire Western narrative about Russia and Ukraine is a provable lie. So is Covid. Most people have swallowed both sets of lies and watched, in the UK, the best part of a trillion pounds be transferred directly and irreversibly into the hands of the ruling classes. The Ukrainian wheat narrative is bullshit. Ukrainian wheat exports are between 1 and 5% of global supply. Futures prices have demonstrated a reversion to norms before any negotiation was completed. Russian weaponisation of energy supplies is bullshit. The supply is still there, Russia was deliberately not reneging on contracts and could not in any way accept euros or dollars or pounds because it could not access those currencies due to sanctions. Nordstream 2 was ceased by the US, Nordstream 1 may be more political now, but Russia is contending with greater provocation through forced NATO expansion. Ultimately, it is up to Russia as to who it sells to and if we have declared it an enemy and treat it as one while being at war with it, why should we moan when it sells its gear to others?
Swallowing any of this on the surface level is the mass behaviour of powerless idiots. This is the leading of a pig (an intelligent animal) into the abattoir by dangling an apple infront of its face from a stick strapped to its back. It is possible that if Covid gene therapies do indeed lead to declining western populations, an intended or politically convenient outcome is the eradication of social welfare burdens combined with the release of assets from the hands of the dead into the hands of the ruling classes. Time will tell. Bizarrely, the false narrative of the need to cut fertiliser use and the destruction of food supplies and production facilities in North America don't seem to have meaningfully registered beyond Convoy 2.0, which still isn't backed by force. Still, it's only food. At least we've still got bottled water, right? Yep. It's just double the price, but if I'm spending less on food, I can afford more water.
What neither China nor Russia have done is spend insane amounts of money on illegitimate and failed wars. Instead, both have adequately militarily invested while spending and investing on productive things and becoming de facto global commodity or production powerhouses. China controls 90% of the US antibiotics supply (and most of its fentanyl). It controls, via Taiwan, 60% of chip manufacture. The West, according to multiple sources including its own admissions, is militarily incapable of defeating Russia or China in conventional war without the use of nukes. Britain admitted it can only deploy a maximum of 5000 troops anywhere. This is nothing. European nations are similar because they have misallocated their own defence budgets in deference to the US military which is overstretched and hollowed out by its own massive corruption of purpose, policy and implementation. Ritter explicitly stated that “winning” in Iraq was extremely marginal. The invasion paused because supplies literally ran out. Had Iraq been the adversary that the West told itself it was, it could have beaten the West at that point. By his analysis, we picked on the little guy again and still nearly lost. It is a common assessment that an invasion of Iran is simply impossible to win. He labels NATO a paper tiger that cannot defeat Russia in a ground war because it doesn't have the manpower or the technical skill to execute that kind of war. It simply forgot how to do it and didn't invest in the kit or the skills.
There is a real possibility that Covid vaccination policies will, over the next five years, literally destroy western military manpower. What narrative will be employed to explain this, and combat further reductions in force sizes? At what point will the US hegemony admit, via an obtuse narrative, that it has no real ability to contain competing multipolar forces? When that happens overtly enough for the dumbest in society to realise, how will the shifting self identity of western peoples manifest?
War is the obvious choice of narrative because it turns blame and attention onto the branded enemy and gives an excuse for a form of industrialisation that continues the enrichment of the few via wealth transfer that the dumb still don't seem to grasp. This is already well underway in Ukraine, but that cannot last forever. It could be over by the end of this year. Russia still hasn't really turned off the taps and winter is yet to come. Europe cannot replace Russian gas as an industrial input and if Russia is supported by other gas supplying nations on price or supply basis, Europe doesn't escape that problem. Europe is already abandoning its own sanctions.
Ukraine is the separation of the ruling class from the proletariat laid bare. That conflict in no way serves the interests of any citizens, including the Ukrainians and could have been totally avoided through international diplomacy, even after the US coup that installed and sponsored Nazis.
This could be why the West is actively fighting Russia while now provoking China. There must be a distraction to the multiple, converging threads of the Western corruption stories, while providing ongoing ways to milk the failing financial system. Senility, hubris, arrogance and detached incompetence probably factor as well.
Under today's circumstances, internal dissent must be rising, yet there is too little given the degree of false narrative, democide and corruption. Why?
Arguably, the self chilling effect of bulk surveillance combined with all the economic controls and ingrained selfishness and learned helplessness keeps society in its place, along with overt censorship and propaganda that still too few citizens have the sense or ability to look beyond or circumvent simply by clicking elsewhere.
The notion that the US citizenry will, when pushed far enough, rise up with their arms and protect the constitution against the internal enemy is a total myth. It should have happened when JFK and RFK and MLK were executed by their own deep state, or when Snowden surfaced, or when Covid kicked in, or when the guns were being grabbed. It's never happening. This myth is an opiate-laced apple that dangles just out of reach on the road to the abattoir.
Snowden's claim is that there is too much information that cannot be processed in bulk to give a totally controlling capability, in real time. However, selective targeting of key dissenters or critics is sufficient to keep the masses in control and aligned. This is what Assange's persecution is about. This is what the FBI's fomenting of domestic terrorist plots is about. This is what identity politics (including gender politics) and other forms of divide and conquer are about.
The polarisation and idiotisation of debate fractures critical thought and the nuances of dialectics such that in the “public arena”, which is in itself fake and manufactured, debate consists only of relative idiocy and the concept of the “least shit” manufactured choice, again reinforced by the next day’s papers which debate that idiocy via another layer of polarizing idiocy.
Attention span and the ability to concentrate is destroyed, deliberately, en masse, by the formatting of controlled content. The inversion of information can be demonstrated literally by reading a corporate news article from the bottom up then deciding whether the headline rings true. Often, it doesn’t.
What Covid has shown me is the ineptitude of citizens to take responsibility for their own governance when they should have done. Additionally, it shows me that citizens are extremely myopic. Covid appeared and completely swamped people, thereby distracting them from the obvious corollaries of massive wealth transfer, end game privatisation and final stages of power transfer, cemented in legislative capture. All of these things have been happening for decades, so the time to fight was then, not now. Look at the methods of the fight now. Totally inappropriate means that are not in keeping with the damage done. This is the late stages of drowning in shark infested waters.
Now, all the majority are doing is either going along with it or telling themselves they know where things are going, but still going along with it.
What is extremely telling is that 98%+ of the messages I see in myriad chat rooms never contain a meaningful HOW or WHAT to do. Zero meaningful, doable call to action that is focused on key corrective actions for the greater good.
By all means spend ten hours watching someone's opinion on the cabal, but at the end, what are you then going to do? Nothing. Did the programme equip you or anyone else with a way to meaningfully act? So what does it matter? Why even bother sharing it? If you cannot act on that information, what is its use?
How often do you see or share something that tells you a clear method and mechanic for you and others to directly follow that will directly affect change within the system? And how many of those have you done and sustained?
Have you achieved legislative changes in your society through focused action? If not, you and I are ineffective and essentially meaningless because we cannot or will not affect change. Numbers don't matter if they are all equally ineffective. But you can make yourself feel better about yourself by being the first in your group to post the next article or analysis about some aspect of Covid, while still actually doing nothing.
Sort of like reverse virtue signaling. This in itself is utterly perverse but indicative of how spasticised society is, and it all still comes down to individualism.
It's ironic that the tools used against us are bulk surveillance, bulk narrative, bulk medication, one policy fits all, and the best citizens can do is very little on an almost individualized basis. Critical mass exerting critical force on just few critical points is beyond us.
Everything that Binney talks about below are crucial precursors and obvious parallels that we have all totally ignored, despite being freely told it for over a decade. That's how utterly dumb citizens are and it's by choice.
When was the last time an empire bankrupted itself and spun false narratives about its state, all while cranking up totalitarian surveillance and oppression, before collapsing? It was in my lifetime, that's how recent it was. Citizens of the West learned nothing from the end of the cold war.
We are the Soviet Union now. And so the neverending war rotates between Oceania, Eurasia and Eastasia.
Think I'm joking?
Listen to William Binney, the guy who built the system the right way, literally tell you what big brother is and how it works.
He also tells you what to do and how. But you have to listen to him to work out when in this interview he says it.
Less than 5% of the people who read this will watch this interview, which is further proof of the self imposed ineptitude of citizens. QED.
Going to watch it now! Great Sub!
