Anne Heche Weirdness 3/3

Voice over is interesting

So, the voice over sounds the same, seems a genuine expression of surprise, but says “he”. I guess it depends on whether the commentator had any idea of the victim at the time of the filming. How would he? The only ways to know who was driving the car would have been to know vehicle registration and ownership info, or get info from the crash scene and attending crews, or someone else on the site.

In the absence of any victim information, saying “he” could be quite a natural assumption and expression in the absence of any other information.

PS: LiveNow from FOX have the same ambulance footage with the presenter acknowledging Heche moving.

Question is, why would you wrap and strap a crash-injured person who showed signs of life, with no oxygen or fluids, and completely cover them? Is it usual to strip a person at the scene?

On closer inspection, it looks like Heche was wearing a light vest top that's similar to skin color at that resolution and also blueish pants.

Nonetheless, this is pretty weird footage.

I wonder if her upcoming film, Girl in Room 13, will be released in September, or whether, like Jim Caviezel's The Sound of Freedom, it'll be endlessly delayed.
